This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM check out two low-budged Xmas genre films. Krampus Origins is worse than it should be, but A Cadaver Christmas will renew your faith in low-budget horror. Tune in for a video game review and stay for a very specific list.

564 - Worst and Worster
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM watch a couple of terrible movies. Fight of Fury is bad but probably worth seeing. If you have nothing better to do. Army of the Death is complete garbage and not worth your time but you've probably already seen it by now, so...yeah. Tune in to hear DM mispronounce Flo Rida, and stay for a very specific list.

522 - Canorror
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM watch a couple of newish Canadian horror entries, only one of which is actually streaming in Canada. If you trust DM that Pyewacket is just about summoning a witch, then you'll have a much better time than the Count who insisted on reading deeper into the movie. Despite its problems (like it not being available on Shudder in Canada!), Blood Quantum is a film worth watching. Tune in for a book report, and stay for some life advice.

503 - Too Much Movie
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM visit a Christmas horror movie from two years ago and Netflix's most recent dumpster fire. Anna and the Apocalypse is a delightful musical set during an Xmas zompocalypse, and 6 Underground is hot garbage. Seriously, it's really bad. Tune in for an impromptu review of The Confession Killer, and stay for a ranking of Michael Bay films.

262 - Unbridled Optimism
This week DM can't share her thoughts on Zombie Dearest because she didn't see it. The Count did and, as it turns out, DM didn't miss much. Homefront, on the other hand, was seen by all and was liked by all, so that's nice. Jack the Reaper, on the other other hand, is just terrible from start to finish. Tune in to hear another brief discussion about who's looking forward to Mad Max, and stay to find out who's not watching The Strain.

202 - I Seriously Thought that was Peter Fonda
This week on TheAvod, Count Vardulon and DM find themselves at odds about two of the three films they watched. Normally DM is very appreciative of effort, but not in the case of this week's Loonie Movie. Usually the Count likes low-budget fare, but takes issue with Creep Van. Looper's just flat-out amazing. Tune in to find out who's tired of zombies, and stay to hear a theory about a possible new sub-genre. Click here for educational purposes.

165 - A Major Announcement
This week your friends Count Vardulon and DM revisit a movie they watched years ago and didn't like very much. Was it better the second time around? Well, better than the other two movies they sat through. Tune in to hear all about the preposterous television shows greenlit for the fall, and stay for some big, exciting news!

149 - You Should See the Devil
This week your friends Count Vardulon and DM take in three foreign films, each of which was lauded and/or recommended. One turns out to be terrible, one turns out to be less terrible than originally thought, and one is outstanding. Come to hear the Count and DM run down a list of fake card- and board games, and stay to find out how Alcatraz is still terrible.

77 - Recording Fatigue
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and The Divemistress are joined once again by Brad McHargue of I Love Horror. They talk about at-the-time-of-recording current films Prince of Persia and Splinter. The other films they discuss are no longer in theatres, or never were in theatres. Tune in to find out exactly how over-written Rising Dead is. Keep an ear out for Law Abiding Citizen spoilers. And be sure to listen for The Count and The DM's first-ever foray into gay horror cinema with their review of David DeCoteau's House of Usher.

Special Feature 3 - Fistfull of Brains
Count Vardulon and The Divemistress sit down to "enjoy" an old-timey zombie romp by Christine Parker. Bear in mind that neither one has seen it and the disc has no subtitles, so they actually have no idea what's going on.

53 - Mark Harmon is America's Sweetheart

In this year's Christmas Avod, Count Vardulon and The Divemistress regale their audience with a verse from "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" and then talk about horrible movie The Grinch. True to form, The Count talks way too much about the first season of Criminal Minds and The DM finds a way to work NCIS into the conversation. In keeping with the Christmas spirit they talk about hilariously bad Xmas slasher Santa's Slay and zombies. Happy Chrismahannukwanzakah, everyone!
