99 - 300 Million Potential Viewers

This week on TheAvod, your friends Count Vardulon and The Divemistress run down Fearnet's terrible year-end lists, while at the same time failing to counter with any lists of their own.  Join them as they rediscover lost 80s gem Neon Maniacs--truly a film far ahead of its time.  Also under the microscope are Satan's Little Helper and Scarce, which disappoint to wildly varying degrees.

98 - Quick, Poke Fire at Them!

This week your friends Count Vardulon and The Divemistress select three titles from Netflix instant watch.  Why these three in particular?  One had a catchy title.  Another had a stupid title.  And the third one...well, it was there.  The Count and the DM wrap up The Walking Dead by criticizing, of all things, the big explosion at the end of the show.  Tune in to hear how the DM is the last one to The Guild party, and watch the Count take credit for changes made to both the Saw franchise and The Walking Dead.

97 - Classy!

This week on TheAvod, Count Vardulon and the Divemistress attempt to class up the joint by talking about two intelligent British sci-fi films penned by Nigel Kneale.  It all goes pear-shaped when they get to the third movie on the list, a Japanese indie feature called RoboGeisha.  Tune in to hear more bitching about The Walking Dead and stay to hear about how The DM got her wires crossed on turkey movies.

Poll results: Passover was voted as the holiday most in need of a horror movie.  Ash Wednesday came in second, and Labour Day took third.  Oy gavult!
