This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM watch a couple of Stephen King adaptations. Pet Semetary Bloodlines isn't actually and adaptation, but whatever. It's not great and should have been a prequel instead of a sequel to a remake. The Boogeyman had some good stuff, but the final moments ruin the movie. Tune in for a book report, and stay to hear DM win at trivia.

538 - Second Chance
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM are joined by Film Threat's Rob Rector because he wanted to talk about They Live Inside Us. And talk about it they do! They also talk about the horror anthology in which the shorter (and better?) version of They Live Inside Us first appeared. Tune for some speculation about the horror zeitgeist and stay for yet more horror trivia.

420 - Bleak Christmas
A belated merry Xmas from TheAvod! Join us as we dump all over a newish seasonal movie people really seem to like, and recommend a French film from the 90s. Tune to find out who scored big this Xmas, and stay to hear about a movie that doesn't hold up well.

411 - Family Disfunction
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM close out the Bunnyman trilogy, a series of films no one cares about. Also, Leatherface. Turns out both are pretty lousy. Tune in for a video game recommendation and stay for a weirdly specific list.

403 - Note Takers
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM watch a ton of Death Note, and that doesn't include the anime. Tune in to listen to a fun conversation about adultery and stay to hear a rundown of good and bad A-horror remakes.

402 - Eye Scream
This week, you friends Count Vardulon and DM, watch (the only) two ice cream-related horror movies. Neither one is very good, but still one is marginally better than the other. Tune in to hear an unplanned review of Defenders, and stay for a rundown of "favourite" scary movies.

366 - Pro-ALF
This week there's television news, movie reviews, and a third thing that rhymes! Join DM and The Count for one movie that disappoints while being great, and another movie that tries for cleverness but is hamstrung by its own stupidity.
Also, check out this new short film from friend of the show A. S. Burns!

364 - The Perkins Can Con Nightmare
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM do a friend a solid and watch The Girl in the Photographs. It doesn't go well. Nor does their viewing of I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House. Tune in to find out what's good and not so good on Playstation VR, and stay to hear a recommendation for a documentary.

348 - The Meta Debate
This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM are at odds over an early meta horror movie. But everyone's on the same page when it comes to Need for Speed. Tune in to find out about hell, and stay to hear a discussion about the differences between meta and postmodern horror cinema.

Special Feature - Morbid
Join your friends Count Vardulon and DM as they watch and offer commentary on Morbid, a movie written, directed, and edited by Chuck Conry. Don't know who that is? Check out his blog, Zombies Don't Run. Then check back here to listen to these two jerks critique his film.

191 - Cary Elwes: Photo Essayist
This week your friends Count Vardulon and DM don't agree on Skeleton Key's relative merit. They're in total agreement about House of 9, however, and think As Good as Dead is worth seeing. Tune in to find out who hasn't seen the Star Trek trailer and stay to hear all about TCM. Looking for a good book to read this holiday season? Don't pick this one.

143 - Predators Hate the Cold, Moron
This week Count Vardulon and DM tear a strip off two out the three movies they watched. And the third film was only just so-so. The Count takes the opportunity to rip into a book he just read, while DM expresses her excitement about a new video game. In keeping with the theme of disappointment, American Horror Story continues to be stupid.
Poll results: Do movie trailers routinely reveal too much plot?
Too much plot 71%
I don't watch movie trailers 29%
