335 - Randolf Caer

This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM watch a couple of movies based true events. But, like, for real. Nicolas Cage turns in an understated-for-him performance in The Frozen Ground, and there's a good chance Matthew Holness was inspired by Richard Attenborough's character in 10 Rillington Place (don't worry if that made no sense to you, but it relates to this episode's title). Tune to hear about the books DM and the Count just finished reading, and stay to find out why a certain horror movie is upcoming.

  1. I'm going to 2nd the DM on the film version of The Relic but I was unable to get into the book as it differed so much from the film - it may be better but...

Meanwhile I'd mixed up the London Blackout Murderer ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gordon_Cummins )with Christie at first so I had to do a little research to straighten myself out on which was which. Someday maybe I'll do Netflix.
